The Restaurant "Al Rifugio" stands at Pregiato, on a hill in Cava de' Tirreni from where you can enjoy a suggestive view.
The restaurant cooking offers typical recipes inspired by the local food traditions and excellent Mediterranean dishes like scialatielli allo scarpariello (noodles with cherry tomatoes and cheese), pappardelle ai funghi porcini (noodles with boletus), tubetti alla pescatrice (short pasta tubes with Mediterranean seafood), trofie allo scoglio (spiral-shaped gnocchi with shellfish and molluscs), wild boar steaks, bass packed in sea salt and grilled steaks and fishes of many different sorts.
The
internal air-conditioned room can accommodate 350 guests, while the
external one 180 guests.
